We’re from a major metropolitan city with no shortage of incredible modern American restaurants, including many Michelin-starred and Michelin-recognized spots. Motus would absolutely hold its own against any of them and deserves a look from the Michelin Guide. The ingredients are incredibly fresh, and the menu is perfectly curated.
