Managers don't care and fix the chaos. Purchasing department is extremely disfuncional. Drawings are handwritten and not to ISO standards-no material call-out, dimensions not called out and no specifications. Suppliers are inaccurate in their system, suppliers are hard to find in their system, trainers are bullies-micro managers and disrespectful, upper management is okay with chaos and will not listen to suggestions along with HR BEING NON COMPLIANT. I WOULD NEVER REFER ANYONE TO THIS ORGANIZATION.
