Equipment was sent to MTS for calibration and evaluation. It was returned with calibration only. I returned it and heard nothing for two months until I inquired on the status. The rep agreed with me when I said I expected a significant discount then I heard nothing for two more weeks until I inquired again. After about one more week, I received a final invoice with a mere 5% discount. Extremely dissatisfied with MTS
