I arrived back in town in the middle of the recent heatwave to find my A/C not working. My Three Sons to the rescue!! They promptly sent a team to determine the problem, quickly identified the issue and presented a solution. Their commitment to customer satisfaction while performing the service was evident. True professionals!!
MTS installed a new HVAC system in my home when its name was My Three Sons. I use MTS only, for servicing my system. This is an exceptional company, always providing great quality in products and workmanship. When you have an appointment with them and they are going to be late, you'll receive a phone call and they will tell you why they will be late (more than likely they found unexpected problems in a earlier appointment customer's home. While I very seldom recommend a vendor, I recommend MTS without reservations.

This was my second time using MTS and I was again extremely pleased! We called Tom in the late afternoon as our downstairs AC unit went out and he had someone at the house the very next morning. I called Tom after the service call as I was not home when Daniel assessed the situation. Tom provided two options, called me back within 10 minutes with the quotes and had the outside AC unit replaced the next day (at a very reasonable price I might add).
