Horrible customer service!! Never came back to finish the job and didn’t respond to the texts and calls I made to them. After seeing the 5 star reviews and having them recommend, I thought they were a reputable company. Going through the death of my mom and needing her HVAC fixed made no difference to them.
I arrived back in town in the middle of the recent heatwave to find my A/C not working. My Three Sons to the rescue!! They promptly sent a team to determine the problem, quickly identified the issue and presented a solution. Their commitment to customer satisfaction while performing the service was evident. True professionals!!
MTS installed a new HVAC system in my home when its name was My Three Sons. I use MTS only, for servicing my system. This is an exceptional company, always providing great quality in products and workmanship. When you have an appointment with them and they are going to be late, you'll receive a phone call and they will tell you why they will be late (more than likely they found unexpected problems in a earlier appointment customer's home. While I very seldom recommend a vendor, I recommend MTS without reservations.
