Called June 21st and got their answering service. It was about a 5 minute call giving all my contact details and the situation I was inquiring about to the attendant. I received no response 5 business days later, very disappointing as their website proclaims phone call response in 1 business day. Called again on the 28th of June and went through the 5 minute procedure again with full contact details.
