I was referred to Timothy Elliot just a couple of days before we were about to proceed with purchasing our rental property. I was impressed with how quickly he responded to my call, reviewed our purchase agreement, and advised us on key items that needed to be changed/removed in the agreement which would have otherwise been very damaging for us if not addressed. Called June 21st and got their answering service. It was about a 5 minute call giving all my contact details and the situation I was inquiring about to the attendant. I received no response 5 business days later, very disappointing as their website proclaims phone call response in 1 business day. Called again on the 28th of June and went through the 5 minute procedure again with full contact details.
