In our opinion Tim Ellis is not a good paralegal. He over promises, is disorganized and does not understand how to put together a solid case. Tim could not stay focused and made several mistakes and missed opportunities. Of course we did lose our case but thankfully the judge could see Tim’s errors and we did receive some fair compensation. Tim Ellis cost us time, money and emotional stress. Tim and his team were great to deal with from the initial phone call. He took his time explaining the process and his plan to deal with the situation I was in.
