I can’t say enough about MTR. Overall this Company has gone above and beyond to ensure the tractors and trailers in my care are roadworthy daily. In my opinion their biggest asset is their mobile mechanic Ramon. This man always goes the extra mile for us, extremely knowledgeable in his craft, provides quality work, and can be fully trusted to get you up and running and keep you that way. We’ve tried other mobile mechanics and none have come close to providing the service we get out of MTR.
Our semi blew heater hose that was located directly in back of Cummins engine. Technician Ramon was amazing and knowledgeable in my situation. Ramon repaired and had Our truck back in service. Made it back to home terminal in Chicago safely. Thank You Ramon. We appreciate technicians as yourself.
