It’s often obvious when somebody enjoys what they’re doing and it’s not just about a paycheck. When you can tell somebody actually takes pride and what they do strives to be the best at it I had that experience today as I was broke down and blocking traffic my tractor and trailer went at were at an angle across an intersection, and I could not move with a broken airline. When MTR is working on my truck, I know it will be fixed properly and quickly. Ramon is an incredible mechanic. He is very professional and understanding of the importance of getting us back on the road as quickly as possible.
I have been working with MTR for years and they always come through. I mainly deal with the mobile technician, Romone, and he is great. Whether it is doing preventative maintenance or emergency/break downs, he has our equipment up and running as fast as possible.
