I had asked that the kitchen and bathrooms be started on first, then vacuuming/cleaning floors, then dusting. We had 3 maids for 1 hr, 20 min. They did a very good job on the kitchen and bathrooms, but then fell flat on vacuuming and dusting. My wife came home to find the MB not dusted at all and two flights of stairs not vacuumed. I understand the Groupon is cleaning services for a certain amount of time, but to leave the job undone completely sucks. Don't waste your time and money. MTO wipes for dust, it does not clean. In other words, you can clean behind them and pick up more dirt. Good thing I had a Living Social - if I had paid full price I would've asked for a refund.
