Jaclyn from MTN & MAIN has been amazing to work with. She’s helped us find two houses and sell one. She was advocated for us when we were putting offers on homes. She was familiar with the market and what to list our house for and it was under contract quickly. The 3% fee was a hard pill to swallow, but the services provided could be worth it. I’d recommend her when buying and or selling a home.
Joe Maylin was amazing to work with on the sale of our house and the purchase of our new house. He always kept us informed on everything happening, as soon as it happened. Joe was very informative on all of our questions and also had great advice and suggestions on things that we were not aware of. Working with Joe Maylin as our realtor was such a great experience! At the time we were looking I was pregnant and really feeling the pressure of finding a new home. He was so patient with not only me but also my 4 year old daughter. We walked through every house I wanted to, 30+ homes, until we found the right one. Don't waste your time and money on the rest and go with the best. I was a fool and tried Homie. Homie did not represent my house and was only able to get 3 viewings in almost 3 months. When I found MTN & MAIN, I was thrilled on the attention to detail she was presenting. April was a fantastic agent who gave me a follow up every couple days on the progress of the sale, open houses, and viewings. Outstanding performance and I would recommend MTN & MAIN all day long.
