The atmosphere at MTN Fit is extremely positive. Wade does a fantastic job providing a challenging program and providing alternatives as needed. There is no judgement here with anybody/ everybody welcome (all fitness levels and ages). One of the best things about MTN Fit is how there's no shaming or yelling. It's okay to arrive late.
