They have had our boat for 28 months (the boat was supposed to be ready in 2 weeks when we initially dropped it off). They made promise after promise the boat was going to be ready. Finally, after 16 months we were finally told the boat was ready, and we picked up the boat and took it immediately to South Holston and were stranded on the lake. Ms Stuart you all provided the motor to be installed in your boat not us you bought and purchased the motor from someone else it was supposed to be ready to drop in and run and we said we would switch the complete engines for you. We switched the engines and your engine that you purchased would not function we had to then remove it again from your boat and take the two motors and try to take parts from both to make a working engine so it required about three times the work we originally had agreed to do on it in the time fra... read more
RecommendedBought my boat from there got a great deal and helped me out anyway they could before and after the sale!!! When it’s time to upgrade or purchase my next boat it will be bought from MTM!! Would recommend them for any boating needs from sales, service, or in a spot for any kind of help dealing with boats or any tight spot you may encounter!!
