They're hella vindictive individuals, almost like a gang of of them need to be fired, they don't care about the clients! They need new recruiting because the ones right now, they sound miserable with their jobs. They mess up my rides right after they give me my times and then change it to other times! They all need to be fired! These people are a joke! They keep telling me my ride is all setup. They didn't listen to me and i missed my dr appointment. You can never get thru to talk to anyone and its a waste of time and resources. Medical should be taken serious. These people lied to me over and over on the 8th saying my rude is confirmed. They never showed up or called. Why do they hate me. I was respectful. But now I cannot believe anything they say. I spent hours on the phone trying to get answers.

I looked at the reviews like I always do I was very nervous to schedule a pickup because my appointment was very important I couldn’t miss it. But I took a chance and I was so pleased with the service. I had know problems at all it went so smoothly.

The people including the managers there are horrible individuals! They do not know how to talk to people. Speaking with a customer service rep is a nightmare. Rude, disrespectful and just plain ugly. After speaking with a manager, I now know why they are the way they are. Just as bad if not worse! Someone needs to step in and clean house! Retraining is off the table. “You can’t teach an old dog new tricks”.
