Good morning. So we entered this shop for check and the issue was engine derate. They checked it and said issue in EGR valve and they do not have a part, and asked us 300$ for checking it for 20 mins only. we paid this amount and go to dealer and dealer said the issue not in valve and fixed totally another part on truck. 300$ for 20 mins diagnostics and not knowing exact issue on truck.

I had truck issues and I found these guys online. The guys and girls were very nice. They were able to get me right in the shop. Randy got on my truck, found the issue and got me fixed and back on the road. Glad I found you guys.
