They left my dad with no reason after being with their company over five years! Their new company Mobile care medical providers will no respond to any calls
My experience has been great. I've seen the NP, an RN, and had blood drawn for labs, X-Rays and ultrasound, all from my own house. It's wonderful as I use a manual wheelchair and don't drive so I wasn't able to get to primary visits, and my medical needs (other than MS, for which I see my neurologist yearly) were being neglected. I'm a happy patient at home!
I am a 78 year old handicapped male that had surgery in February. Someone hooked me up with MTK mobile doctors. It is Supposed to be a dedicated team of physicians that attend to patients' primary medical needs in the comfort of their own homes. I kept calling from about March that I fell and hurt my shoulder and was in pain. They kept saying a doctor will notify me when they will be here. No one ever came.
