Awesome bikes, friendly people, and great coffee to boot
My experience with block training was great. My goal was to ride through the heart of te Pyrenees from the Atlantic to the Mediterranean in less than 100 hours. Todd and I started with NSYCD measurements to assess power and then worked out a training and on-bike eating/hydration plan to build me up over a period of months to peak for the event. Needless to say, I had a great ride.
Metier is a one stop for gear, training, and team. Hands down the best bike shop in Seattle, and I'm sure rivals any shop in the US or Europe. I've been training with the Team this year and while challenging, has made me better. Lastly the mechanic is top notch and my bikes are always running perfect. You are missing out if you have not checked out Metier !

He took the time to understand my needs and made precise adjustments that delivered real results — I’m now roughly 30 watts stronger and feel significantly more comfortable on the bike.
