Management either lazy or dumb. I can't make my mind up whether the management of the Arbaugh is lazy or dumb. The elevator has been broken for OVER TWO MONTHS! The hallways are filthy just like every surface of the building. The video monitors have been broken for over a year, so you don't know if you're letting your best friend in the building or an axe-murderer. I went for months without a washer and dryer. jumped right into leasing a 1 bedroom from a complex managed by MTH Management based solely on the floor plan and the included heat, but within one month I started regretting my decision. The manager is lazy and doesn't do much to make this place stand up. I've got one out parking lot light that's been out for months. There's a car with 2 flat tires sinking into the asphalt.
