Do not rent in Grand Ledge from this company. They will keep ALL of your deposit oven if you leave your apartment spic and span! They will lie and say you left nicotine stains on walls, even if you’ve never smoked in your life. You cannot email them if you want proof for small claims…you have to snail mail your complaint and keep a copy. They are crafty thieves.
MTH Management are SLUMLORDS and EXTREMELY unprofessional. They're units are filthy and they lie on tenants to make themselves look better. They don't repair items then lie and say they have completed. The office manager feels she has some authority and WILL NOT deal with upset tenants, instead she fuels fight then calls police, because she isn't woman enough be handle situations professionally.... SHE NEEDS TO BE FIRED. HORRIBLE LANDLORDS, If you want no complications in your life.... then STAY AWAY FROM MTH MANAGEMENT!!

MTH Management recently took over operations at our building. They have done an incredibly poor job managing the transition. It took several days for them to inform residents of the change. We were unable to pay rent on time due to this. It took several requests for them to distribute an official letter informing residents, and when they did, they offered no direct means to contact a manager of any sort to address resident concerns.
