I have paid into this company for a year now. They will not return my phone calls and I have been transferred to 3 different representatives with little help. I was told that my timeshare would take up to 10-12 months for a cancellation, also money back guarantee if I am not satisfied. STILL NO RESPONSE!
We contracted with MTG in June of 2017. We have been paying them on a payment plan every month and are current through this month (8 of our 10 payments have been made), but we have not heard from them in 8 weeks. They are not returning my emails or facebook messages. I have called on multiple occasions, but they never answer and the voicemail of the case manager is full. We have paid them over $2400 and they have not completed any of their services to us.
I signed up with MTG in December 2016 to help me with my timeshare, the contract stipulated that if they cannot cancel your timeshare after 365 days (1 year) they refund you 100% no questions asked. They were not able to help me with the cancellation after 365 days so i followed the protocol to get my refund, nobody ever replied me and then their phone number was out of service, when i finally was able to get someone on the phone, they agreed to refund me but it would take 2 weeks to get the money back. My mother had two time shares and due to health limitations ended up not being able to use and enjoy the vacation time. Mom was stuck paying monthly maintenance fees and paying to roll over unused points in the hope that someday they would be used, which never happened. As many have, I too had fallen into the time share trap. I was feeling hopeless, then i found M.T.G. Consultants. I called them up , had a pleasant conversation about my situation. With much thanks to Scott C*****, within 5 months I'm am now timeshare Free! all i had to do was sign a few papers and drop them into the mail. I highly recommend.

These folks get it done. Working with a time share when they trap you in a corner can be a real bad time. Working with MTG after explaining your situation and deciding that you have a legitament issue, they will walk you though the process and direct you with all the right documents to end your nightmare. They tell you exactly what to do and how to do it. They provide all the documents you need and all you do is sign and send. Received a release from 3 contracts in less than 6 months.
