Paul is simply a hero, came in after a different company messed up and saved the day
Paul was right on time, put on shoe covers to protect our just refinished floors, and was fast, friendly and efficient. Doesn' get much better.
Our AC started freezing up and not working properly during the hottest weekend in June. I tried a few companies Monday morning and was only given a wait list option. On Tuesday we contacted MTech and they were able to book us for an afternoon appt that same day. Two employees came to the house during my appt window. When I greated them at the door they asked if shoes were okay in the house. While I don't mind shoes in my house it was very professional to ask first.
