We have sewer smell problem for quite a long time. One guy from this company came, did not solve any problem, only made my bathroom literally SHIT everywhere --On the toilet, wall, and on the floor. We called again, then Mike came, still did NOT solve problem. But he refuses to return me any of $600 we paid. He changed our purpose to call him for something else. DO NOT USE THEM!!! Big rip off! Bought a Water Boss from Home Depot for $466 and they sent these guys. They arrived stayed for a half hour and left for 2.25 hours to get parts and returned at 11:00. Turned off water and didn't even warn us first. They stayed for about 4 hours and set it up. Paid them the $1296 for installation and then they added $483.87 to the price for parts. That is more than the price of the water softener. Left installation site a total mess. In 2016 got a water softener installed from Lowe's for $1100 ... read more
