the amenities and facilities are well preserved and clean. 15 maitland and 60 homewood are together an old complex in Toronto dt. regardless the maintenance is very acceptable the management and board have being doing amazingly through the years there are buildings in the city not that old but they look haunted, this is not the case at all. If something is broken it gets fixed quickly. From my POV one of the best perks for the residents is having many many visitors parking spots, i think this is overlooked but not many build... read more
