The building is so outdated. The management and board refuse to update the lobbies, which are over 25 years old. It looks like an old smokers lounge in their lobby. It has the oldest looking and out dated lobby and elevators of any yorkville building. So what that you have a private elevator to your suite - it’s embarrassing to bring guests up in those hideous elevators and hideous lobby. The Board is all very old and refuses to update its lobby, which reflects so poorly on the building’s image. You would expect a lot better... read more
Terrible management! Josie is the absolute worst. This building is long past its prime. Car jacking last week. Neighbourhood is really going downhill. They refuse to invest in cameras or upgrade security systems. Sitting 4 million dollars. Three of the commercial tenants have had break-ins. So many safer, newer options in the area. DO NOT RECCOMADE 1 BIT.
