Good communication at the beginning only but later on they were very slow response once I dropped the cargo and made full payment. No tracking system. No clear information and transparancy: I even couldnt get the AWB number of my cargo. They always said the issue was on customs (either new personel or new regulation). I got additional charge for storage in Jakarta even though everything was used stuff (nothing new). Got my stuff after almost 1.5 months with no peace in mind at all.

Ga recommended, staf nya kurang koordinasi, dialihkan ke staf jakarta tapi sama juga, tidak informatif, kalau ga diminta update dia tidak akan kabarin kita, resi pun tidak ada, barang jadi ga bisa di tracking. Barangku tb2 ada yg terpasang price tag seperti baru, dan bolong, (pdhl ini barang sudah lama), namun tdk ada info dr cargo, padahal cargo bilang diawasi pada saat bongkar barang oleh cukai. Setiap diminta dokumentasinya tidak diberikan.

Maaf kasi rating bintang 1 Krn memang luar biasa lama nya, hampir 4bln barang baru nyampe, dgn banyak alasan, ketahan dibawa cukailah, lampu merah lah, hari merahlah, sampai ribut terus sama admin nya bahkan sama org2 yg titip barang ke saya. Minta pertanggungjawaban gak di bls. Jgn bilang express, gak sesuai brand. Kecewa berat dgn expedisi ini. So... Mikir lagi pakai jasa pengiriman ini. Thx.

This is undoubtedly the most unsatisfactory shipping experience I have ever encountered. Despite having been with the company for two months, my parcels have yet to arrive. When I attempted to contact them, they provided no satisfactory explanation. I attempted to contact them via WhatsApp, but they only read my message.

Kargo paling ga jelas. Kirim ga ada di kasi tracking code 6 minggu ga ada kabar, beli coklat mahal2 Sdh pasti meleleh habis di perjalanan Worst Indonesian cargo in Sydney
