Brian at MTC Construction and Motivation with his crew, did an awesome job installing our pavilion. They worked until late (in the dark with lights and cold) to get the project done! I’m very happy with how the structure looks and I highly recommend him and MTC Cobstruction and Motivation. They are very professional, friendly, clean and efficient!
Brian built us a custom Media wall with Mantel 6 foot drawer, tv and Fireplace. Great Design, Craftsmanship and Quality. Happy with the project result. Hope to hire Brian for more projects.
From start to finish MTC Construction was great to work with. Communication was clear and we received immediate responses when reaching out to them. They showed up when they said they would and project was completed on time and within agreed upon budget. Hope to work with them on many more projects. 5 stars does not do their work justice.
I only reached out to MTC Construction and Motivation for a faucet repair. The Suler’s successfully completed two shower renovations that had languished since 2023. He re-painted obvious imperfections. Brain completed many work-arounds to perfect both the builder and former contractor’s hidden flaws. Brian was so conscientious that he insisted on making a few more corrections that had been left abandoned by the previous contractor.
