Called this shop today 6/5/2026 10:00am and 10:15am to inquire about the cost of a tire repair an provided the guy who answered the phone with the year, make and model of my vehicle and the tire size. Then I proceeded to ask how much would a new tire cost if it was not repairable. He began to ask me for the same vehicle information multiple times after I had already given it to him.
