Poor service and inspection reports do not contain any substantial details. Inspector takes 10+ hours to respond to calls and texts anytime I had a question, if at all. The reports provided are extremely brief and my report provided by MTA specifically was ambiguous and findings very inconsistent. For example, was told tyres are un-roadworthy and according to report this means no road test is undertaken at all. I was pleasantly surprised and very appreciative of the swift action and efficiency of dealing with my request for a full inspection and report on my Avan Motorhome. Sarah was amazing and easy to talk to, with a friendly nature and so helpful. Service booked for the following day at my house! Extremely happy! Many thanks.
Fantastic service. Prompt response, fast to act, and they provide a very clear and detailed car inspection report. I have used them several times and they have definitely saved me thousands by uncovering issues with a car that I would not have spotted without their meticulous inspection. Highly recommended.
I had an inspection carried out by Steven Koudsi today. The inspection was booked in for 11am by 12 I had a phone call from Steve and an emailed report. Steve was absolutely wonderful, he was professional, friendly and knowledgeable. The customer service provided by Steve was simply amazing. I would recommend this service and highly commend Steve. I would hope management acknowledges Steve’s contribution to the organisation.
Thanks to Cathy the receptionist for suggesting, it’s very good to give an insight for MTA what they provide and all the options to get a pre inspection done on my Lexus NX 300 2021. Now i know i did the right decision to give Jason ( inspector) to inspect the car fully and everything he explained was correct. He said very good car except for the battery in the car still the original and can’t be tested.
