Awesome experience! Booked pre purchase inspection for the next day and received a report and a phone call that made me not purchase the vehicle. Couldn’t recommend the service more.
3.5 Fairly Decent service. Dan heard me patiently. Inspection could have been better & more thorough. I did share my feedback and concerns from my test ride I took a day before. Few observations like squealing sounds and bubbly suspension on right side of car was missed despite my mentions. Report came in quick. Turnaround was very quick as well. Good for reassurance.

I had a poor experience with this place due to the customer service. The staff was not friendly when speaking to me. Additionally, they asked for my credit card information over the phone, which I find very insecure. Fortunately, I decided not to use their services.
