I just brought my chunky boy in, they treated him with kindness and affection. Very happy with Dr Nelson and his staff!
Staff at office area up front need a lesson in customer service. I tried to save a few bucks by orderingflea med from Allivet. That was after spending $165 on meds and food two days earlier and they made me come over to pick up the prescription. they refused to fax it because they didn't have the time.
Love the vets, I know that they always have my animal's best interests at heart, but their receptionist needs to learn phone etiquette and not hang up on people.
Our pets have seen multiple doctors here for visits as simple as shots all the way to eye surgery. They are all amazing.
Great staff, friendly. Knowledgeable. In and out and great with your animal.

Dr. Berry is the BEST! He truly cares about his patients and he is so nice!
