The wait time is terrible. The receptionists are rude and uncaring. There was one person ahead of me when I arrived at 9am and it is now 10:56 and I am still in the lobby waiting.
Today I had an appointment with Dr. Honorable at 6pm. I called the office multiple times to inform them that I would be a few minutes late because I was stuck behind a train. After no one answered I was sent to the answering service. The young woman said that I could still come in to the office for my appointment. When I arrived at the office, I was told that my appointment was cancelled after exactly 6 minutes. My Doctor is great, but trying to get ahold of your Doctor is a nightmare.
So glad I changed to Dr. Glen Dust two years ago. He talks and listens. Have had problems with meds interacting with other meds and he took extra steps to make sure I had right antibiotics. He is also responsible for the recent early detection of my breast cancer.
