the staff is very kind and friendly yet the dr was very curt. she spoke very brief with diagnosis and cut me off every time I had a question. said she would call in a week to touch base.....never received a call

What a fantastic group! They recently helped my Lady cross the rainbow bridge and they couldn’t have been more caring. They had a nice grassy spot ready for us in the backyard. You could see how much love they had to offer in every single action. They made the transition easy. I never felt rushed. A truly professional group that makes you feel like family. And they sent me the sweetest card.
we had to put down our dog today. They were very comforting and gave us a paw print and some of his hair in a glass jar. never easy to lose a member of your family.
Thank you Chris and staff for seeing Pearl on Saturday and saving our lake trip! The staff was so great with my anxious little dog and daughter and following up to ensure all was well! Best place ever to take your pets!
