Would not recommend Stay far away from this place! Dr is embroiled in lawsuits. There are plenty of other Vets in the area more competent who can care for your pet. Do your research!
My 6 year old cat Cybil just had her first visit here today, and I couldn't be happier! For the last 6 months, she has been having skin issues possibly from allergies. The last vet office she saw looked at her skin, said it was allergies and to change her food, and out the door I went with nothing but an uncomfortable kitty in hand. Totally different story at Mt Wachusett. What a find !!! ....Mt Wachusett Veterinary Hospital... The Holden area residents have skilled veterinary doctors right in town. No only are these very experienced veterinarians with excellent records, but they are very efficient, explain things to us as pet owners in a way that helps us make the right decisions for our pets and the staff are super friendly. It's a great day to be a pet when their owner makes sure their healthy with the help of Mt Wachusett Vet Hospital
If you are looking for vet care that will care for your pet for weeks, rule out cancer and continue to treat, only to refer you to an Animal Medical facility for "supportive care" for pneumonia, only to have your beloved pet die within 24 hours of the very same cancer that was ruled out, then you can't go wrong with this practice. Only place I could find that would help my pup on a Saturday morning on a budget. Staff was very compassionate and understanding. My baby is feeling much better and I couldn't be more grateful; she's a very valued family member and was treated as such.
