Tina manages all of our rentals. She goes above and beyond for tenants and owners alike. She makes sure everything runs smoothly for both. She is very prompt at attending to any matters and makes sure everything working in great condition. She always contacts us to make sure that we know what is going on with our rentals and she always has a good line of communication open with tenants and owners. When I enter our properties the tenants always say that they appreciate her and how she attends to the properties.
Had a bad experience with this property manager. Do not expect to get your deposit back, even if you care for the property and leave it as it was. Very dishonest way of collecting money at the end. Format/policy should be changed to allow renter a walk through or fair shot at fixing what they are charging you for. Pricing for cleaning and replacement of items was absurd. Ripped off with no way to get my money back.
Renters bewere rented for 2 years and only paid my rent early every month fixed everything up paint, replace every light fixture inside and out at my cost did landscaping made the place very nice then kicked out no cause 60days the 22 days later given a 24 hr eviction on the word of my ex even after I prove it was all false so I moved out and they still haven’t given me back my 2000.00 deposit BEWARE
I would not recommend doing business with this management service. We met with Tina, who is the only contact for this service. My friends were looking for a place to rent, and I was simply helping them find somewhere suitable. Tina required that in order for them to apply I also had to turn in an application. She charges $50.00 for an application fee. She also insisted that I pay this fee. I agreed to do so in order for them to apply.
