I had an awful, traumatic experience on Jan 20 , 2024 when trying to pick my meds up from the fallsway pharmacy. Mr Patel the pharmacist asked me if my dog was a service dog which is a Violation of the ADA ... And is clearly listed on the Federal ADA as a violation of my disability rights. Even though he had No reason to ask I did provide the ESP letter from my Dr. Etc and was told I was banned nevertheless and could not return with my ESA though the animal or myself did nothing wrong.
