I got my wisdom teeth removed today, and I honestly couldn’t have asked for a better experience. From start to finish, Dr. Henry, Ana, and everyone at the office were absolutely incredible. Dr. Henry took the time to answer all of my questions and really made me feel comfortable and informed before the procedure. He was patient, kind, and genuinely caring throughout the entire process. If I could do zero stars I would. The level of unprofessionalism is disappointing and down right unacceptable. My uncle had to wait an hour and an half after his scheduled appointment time with an excruciating abscess because Dr.Jackson Prioritized filming a commercial over surgery. He heard her say that doing something ‘fun’ was more important than customer relations and she told the sweet and helpful desk attendant that she was wasting time speaking to another patient when there was a commercial to be filmed. Dr. Henry and staff are amazing! I came in super nervous, because of past experiences with dental. But they were all so kind, understanding, not to mention the procedure was quick and painless! I highly recommend! I'm for sure coming back for all my oral surgery! Thank you Dr. Henry and staff!!!
I was seen at my Vernon oral surgery to get my four wisdom teeth removed , the surgery went well no complaints. I came back a week later for a follow appointment bc I was experiencing low energy pain and discomfort . As I was leaving my appointment I asked Dr.Henry for a couple more days off from work due to my low energy pain and discomfort he denied giving me the 2 days at first I literally had to beg him for 2 more days to heal ! I had all 4 wisdom teeth removed here the bottom were growing in sideways and a little difficult but, he was able to extract all 4 in under an hour and I had no complications. Jessica was an amazing assistant and the staff communicated with me throughout the whole process.
