Mt Vernon building has some very quaint apartments with charming features (built ins, milk doors, drop chutes, etc). The remodel in the unit I looked at resulted in the narrow back door being instructed by the stove. I loved the many windows, great floor plan, hardwood floors, and location. I wish the unit had a better air conditioner - the window AC is clunky. It were nice if the exterior was better maintained - there was trash all over the South side stairs.
