I lived here for 1 year. Really enjoyed living here, but its not perfect. Great location - very close to the art museums and black hole coffee is literally a block away! The apartments have a very interesting layouts - not a normal cookie cutter layout like other apartment buildings. The office is very quick at responding and the people who work there are a pleasure to talk to. Maintenance requests are always quickly taken care of. The covered and reserved parking is great. Water is currently off at the apartments and numbers listed to contact management have been disconnected. Is anyone even aware of the issue? While the apartments are nice, the lack of management is apparent. Update: why? I’ve been waiting on a reply to phone calls and emails since last Thursday.
Andrea and her team are awesome. They are very nice and helpful. Answered all my questions and made my leasing process very easy.
