This place is an extreme catfish. Looks nothing of the same in person. Painted would floors and incompleted kitchens. They have plenty parking but shared laundry that are in certain buildings. They are extremely lazy when snow arrive.
They don't shovel the snow to the curb u dam near gotta climb a mountain to get to the street to get in the Uber maintenance and management suck don't recommend this place to no one and that's only one is6
My Mom and I moved here in September of 2018. “Tish” was the first office manager when we moved here! She was very sweet and helpful. My Mother and I didn’t have any problems with her. Everyone in the complex was so sweet and friendly & all smiles. We had a few issues with some a tenant above us but they eventually moved out but other than that things went pretty good. I’ve been living here for a while and really enjoy it — the location is fantastic, close to everything I need (shopping, transit, local spots) and tucked in a nice, convenient setting. The property is well-kept and the community atmosphere is welcoming. Special shout-out to our property manager, Irene, who is always very helpful and accommodating. I’ve had a wonderful experience living at Mount Vernon Apartments! The property is always clean and well-maintained, and any issues are handled quickly. The property manager Irene, is outstanding-professional, kind, and always ready to help. She truly cares about the residents and make everything run smoothly.
