Horrible management. I was told that I need to have a guarantor within the US when I explained I was an international student and asked for another solution they denied me. A week later I got a call asking if "something changed" as If they didn't just reject my application....
We have enjoyed our time renting with Mount Vernon flats. The property manager is responsive and cares about their facilities. Would recommend them to anyone renting in Baltimore!

I have lived at Mt Vernon Flats for going on three years after being displaced when developers at Landmark Partners destroyed my Eager Street apartment; I had to leave and find a new apartment quite suddenly. Since the beginning of my lease, the management has been nothing but supportive and gracious. It's the best location, and Misha and Roman have always been attentive and warm.
