We have enjoyed our time renting with Mount Vernon flats. The property manager is responsive and cares about their facilities. Would recommend them to anyone renting in Baltimore!

I have lived at Mt Vernon Flats for going on three years after being displaced when developers at Landmark Partners destroyed my Eager Street apartment; I had to leave and find a new apartment quite suddenly. Since the beginning of my lease, the management has been nothing but supportive and gracious. It's the best location, and Misha and Roman have always been attentive and warm.
We stayed at Mt Vernon Flats for five months while relocating to Baltimore for work. Roman and his team were fantastic! They were always quick to respond and quick to take care of any issue. The registration, check-in, and monthly payments were all automated and easy to use and navigate. The space was cosy but roomy enough for two of us, and the place was fully furnished with an outfitted kitchen so we could easily cook any meal if we wanted to.
