Loved Mt Vernon Court Apts. Angie was great in getting things done when needed. I hope to go back there if ever in Marion Oh.

This place is absolutely awful & a complete joke. Maintenance request are never taken care of, they have a bunch of "hidden fees" and "rules" not listened in the lease. They manage from Columbus , so they have no idea what happen within the complex. Not recommended what so ever.
I rented here and it was very pleasant. The landlord Bobby was very nice and the management company kohr has been nice too. The only con to this apartment that I noticed are the thin walls. If I were to rent I would get a upstairs apartment and get to know your downstairs neighbor on a good note first thing. I was happy with my stay here.
