One star because I couldn’t go lower. The staff and director are the rudest people I have ever dealt with. They admit they keep personal notes that veterans cannot see concerning them. They are petulant and condescending over the phone. They had the gall to call me and “warn” me to be respectful. I haven’t been anything but respectful. How disrespectful of them!
