I’ve only lived here for a year , but honestly the only good thing about this place is low rent and decent living area. But there’s mold in the bathrooms, mold in the air vents, toilets consistently overflow or get stocked up. Mice! A lot of those. haven’t seen any roaches thankfully. But I really wouldn’t recommend. Unfortunately even for what im paying for, moldy vents and bathrooms cause so much sickness. It’s disgusting!
I've read several reviews about this complex and nothing has changed here, they have rude staff, no one will address any issue or concern your issues, you get ignored or talked to like the issue is your fault they have faulty plumbing, gas lines were only addressed upon calling LG&E, to find out everything was out of code so bad the whole complex underwent new gas line construction. Then of course from them all you got was an attitude, and no kinda compensation for having to go out to eat, or eat sandwiches because ...no gas... read more
Horrible nothing but problems since I got updated to an two bed room I have lost so much do to water damage and now dealing with mold
