Mt. Trashmore Family YMCA is my Mom's workplace and it is a great place to play my favorite sport, basketball all by myself for my exercise!
It's a good place to work out an loose weight meet good people
The staff is kind the rooms are comfortable and the machines work!
Overall good. The stay in play is great. My two major complaints is that the men's locker room tends to be a bit of a mess. The floor is often puddles with water. My biggest complaint is they have only one squat rack and their trainers have a habit of taking them over or even liking people off them for their clients. The kicker is majority of the time the clients aren't doing squats.
