Will never go there again. I was going to board my dogs there for the week. Called and confirmed my reservation the week before and was told I was all set. Went in to drop them off and was told that they would not accept them because I missed their physical by a month. I realize my fault.....but great notice on their part....especially when the owner is your vet!! Would love to know why that info wasn't passed on to me when I called and confirmed. grooming was OK... Kennel is great. My dog is a bit crazy (or reactive as some call it), but she still loves going here. Although typically nervous around strangers, she warmed up to the staff very quickly as they were and friendly. They even remember her and look forward to seeing her when I book appointments (or pretend to do so REALLY well). Best kennel in my book.

I went there once before and it was just okay, nothing special. I made a second appointment, but my dog escaped and ran away. I called the following day to reschedule and the woman gave me attitude and said I could have called and told her so she could book another client. I'm sorry I was too busy crying and running around with my head cut off looking for my much loved dog, and that's her response?!?!? Don't even bother with this place, very cold service and people.
