I can’t really think of anything I liked or appreciated about this office. Under quoted me on the procedure by about 30% and were unprofessional I thought while doing the procedure. I came back for a follow up because I had pain a week later. They decided to charge me $170 for that follow up. No useful information just a bill. One of the techs is simply anxious and disrespectful. It’s not on purpose I can tell, still they made both my visits uncomfortable. I won’t be coming back,
Honestly, this was like my 5th time here, second different person who worked on me (I’m terrible with names), and it’s always been a delight. Nice people, helpful, and the front desk has also been good about billing + insurance communication. What more could you want.
The experience was friendly and professional. However, I wish the dentist would have spent more time explaining my options rather than having his assistant do it. I'm "old-fashioned" that way.
I would recommend this dental office.
My dental check up went very well, the staff are all very friendly and I always feel welcome and taken care of.
