I lived at Mt. Tabor Apartments for 1 year and did not renew my lease. Overall, I was pleased with my experience. I loved my apartment, and felt it was cozy and comfortable; however, my patio faced the parking lot and a very busy intersection which was not ideal. The management was easy to work with in most instances, although maintenance requests were an issue with some repairs not being made during my lease. I have lived at Mount tabor apartments for years and must say i have loved it here. I have consistently had the best experience with management and maintenance. The staff are more like my family, very helpful, very prompt with maintenance requests. I have every intention to continue renting here for as long us i live in Lexington. My experience with Mt.tabor has been very graceful they do everything they can to show how much they appreciate my residency they are patient and Mrs Olivia takes pride in listening to each individual in order to accommodate their needs I one who can truly say she makes it very hard to want to live anywhere else
I have lived at Mt. Tabor for about a year now. I really enjoy my townhome and the space I needed. Olivia has been nothing but great in assisting with any issues that have occurred. Blake is very good and attends to any issues quickly. Dog park amenities have great access too. Very quiet neighborhood and that means a lot to me being I work from home.
I have lived here for 2 years & I have no negative comments, Mt Tabor Apartments has set the bar in my opinion. The neighborhood is friendly, quiet, and the grounds are kept. Management communicates effectively and promptly, and maintenance has always been professional and timely as well. I highly recommend this community. The renewal rate is simply not in my budget otherwise I would stay.
