No management on premises. No hot water. Water leaks. No response to emergency maintenance calls.

if your going to write a review at least be honest about this place drug dealers and crackheads in and out of this place all day and night makes me sick
Best place to live at Syracuse, if you are on budget. Sometimes they are little bit slow to respond to maintenance request, but in-person requests are always handled instantaneously. They are also very fair in returning the security deposits which I really appreciated.
