Our children were patients here for several years. Unfortunately, we had repeated issues with the front desk, which ultimately led us to switch offices. During a visit for annual checkups, we were told my daughter could not be seen due to an outstanding balance. So disappointed in the place. I had an appointment scheduled with Angela in January and was placed on a waitlist for cancelations. I received a call last night stating she had a cancellation and we can come tomorrow morning at 8:20. I took the appointment and was very excited. I even called back right after to clarify it was with Angela and the front seat stated yes. I drive 40 mins and called out of work to take my daughter to this appointment. My son was born 7-10-24. He is my first child. I contacted Mt Spokane Pediatrics on 7-16-24 at approximately 12:30pm with concerns that my newborn was suffering lime green projectile vomiting. I was informed that the entire staff was at lunch and that my message would be relayed and responded to after the staff break. I received a call back shortly after 1pm. I was advised that babies issues did not sound concerning and to keep him hydrated. I was also advised to keep our follow up appointment scheduled for Thursday 7-18-24.... read more
