Our kido loves his doc here. We do as well of course. I love that they listen and respect the parents also. I love that it is children only also.
I’ve gone to this office twice for my newborn and 2 year old and not once will I set foot into this office again. Their valley location is 5 stars. The one actual doctor on staff is a good guy but that alone will not help. This location is an absolute zero due to Mackenzie the pregnant nurse practitioner who should’ve gone on leave when she noticed herself unable to communicate and treat patients with respect or care. They are so friendly, well trained, informative and helpful. Our daughter lives it here and her pediatrician Jeff is amazing. Highly recommend.
Our children were patients here for several years. Unfortunately, we had repeated issues with the front desk, which ultimately led us to switch offices. During a visit for annual checkups, we were told my daughter could not be seen due to an outstanding balance. This came as a surprise, as we always pay our bills and had never been notified of any unpaid amount.
