My son was born 7-10-24. He is my first child. I contacted Mt Spokane Pediatrics on 7-16-24 at approximately 12:30pm with concerns that my newborn was suffering lime green projectile vomiting. I was informed that the entire staff was at lunch and that my message would be relayed and responded to after the staff break. I received a call back shortly after 1pm. Very unprofessional. I have tried calling for two days now. Even left the message for a call back and still nothing. I shouldn’t have to resort to taking my kids to urgent care because

The doctors are hit and miss. We have had good and just alright. But my main issue is with billing. Even though they are a network provider and I paid the allotted copay amount for our insurance we got random bills 6+ months later over our copay amounts. Some were for 4 to 5 dollars more and some were 70 dollar charges. When I tried to call to see what was going on the billing agent "Livinia" was extremely rude and told me it's not their problem and to call my insurance. Great pediatrician team. Friendly knowledgeable and helpful staff. They answer questions and address concerns professionally. 10/10 recommend.

Appointment times can apparently get changed without notice. Even with their own email and text confirmations of the appointment, they will casually decide the appointment time no longer works for them after you’ve already arrived. They have no issue wasting your time and money or disrupting access to care required for school entry.
