Appointment times can apparently get changed without notice. Even with their own email and text confirmations of the appointment, they will casually decide the appointment time no longer works for them after you’ve already arrived. They have no issue wasting your time and money or disrupting access to care required for school entry.

My son was born 7-10-24. He is my first child. I contacted Mt Spokane Pediatrics on 7-16-24 at approximately 12:30pm with concerns that my newborn was suffering lime green projectile vomiting. I was informed that the entire staff was at lunch and that my message would be relayed and responded to after the staff break. I received a call back shortly after 1pm. Incredibly disappointed. I called the office before our 8am appointment to let them know we were running a few minutes behind, they let us know there is a 10 minute grace period, I said ok great we will be there by then. We arrived at 8:09am and I was told by the front desk they’d have to message our provider to see if they could keep our appt. I was told no we’d have to reschedule. Excellent office, staff and doctors. Always very kind and understanding. They have a way of making the kids feel comfortable and parents feel heard.
