Our experience with Mt. Spokane Pediatrics was deeply upsetting and completely unacceptable. After abnormal lab results for our daughter, we were told she was being referred to Seattle Children’s Hospital. When I followed up with questions, the provider admitted it was “out of her wheelhouse” and said she would research and call back. She never did. At our daughter’s 18-month appointment, we were surprised to learn her primary provider had permanently left—something we were not told in advance. The provider we did see was un... read more

I brought my kiddo here after we moved nearby and couldn’t be happier. Friendly, knowledgeable and caring staff with doctors who listen and take their time to give the best care possible ❤️ I highly recommend Mt. Spokane Pediatrics!

Horrible office, VERY UNPROFESSIONAL. 0/10 DO NOT RECOMMEND. Front desk are RUDE with an attitude. I had 2 appointments scheduled. One in march and another in may. They called me one week before my march appointment and says the provider will be out the whole week of my daughters appointment and we need to reschedule for the week after. I said that was completely fine. WELL, turns out they were talking about the appointment in May. So, I missed my daughters’ March appointment. I’m sorry, but maybe if the person who first cal... read more

Both my children (2 and 6 months) see Jeff and we are very happy with our care. Jeff is practical and knowledgeable, and he never rushes us even though I am usually anxious and have a ton of questions. The office is also so well thought out- there’s two separate entrances for sick and well which is brilliant, my daughter loves watching the fish tank they have in the waiting room, and the rooms are clean and have fun images on the walls. It’s all in the details and we really appreciate the team at Mt. Spokane! Great support a... read more

This is an absolute horrible place to take your first baby, or any child. The nurses are very uneducated in their profession and they gave us false news about our baby’s pku results for the first 2 months of his life and made us worry and stress for nothing. They knew nothing about pku, which is astounding to me. I wouldn’t even give this place 1 star if I didn’t have to.
