Answer your phones instead of using AI assist More specifically I had to call on 3 separate occasions back to back for 3 days to get my daughter's prescription for her nebulizer and each time was unable to get through to an actual person. AI assist cannot help me as each time I would finally hear back from a human "ooops they just forgot to send the prescription" for 3 days.... in a row.... Due to the automated phone system I was not able to get a hold of anyone to tell them we were running late. 13 minutes late with a completely empty waiting room and had to reschedule. Based off of reviews the past 6 months or so it seems like this place is slipping in patient care.
Horrible experiences over past year have lead to to change my prior review from 5 to 1. Multiple bad experiences at urgent care which I now feel no confidence in taking my children to them. Called with complaints to the office manager after the last one and got no call backs. Now receiving bills for services not done and I cannot get ahold of anyone in billing. There was a recent data breach when they changed systems and now AI answers the phone lines. Finally got a real person who told me billing is hard to get to and I nee... read more
