Nurse Practitioner Marissa was wonderful. My toddler experienced Nursemaids elbow, and was extremely uncomfortable. Marissa effortlessly alleviated it. She was professional and effective. 5/5.
I have been blown away by the Urgent Care experience at Mt. Spokane. My son was seen by Dr. Marisa and never have we felt in better hands. She was attentive, kind and understanding of his complex medical needs. She was patient and gave us a plan that actually worked to help him get better. If only every doctor was like Marisa the world would be a healthier place. I wish we could make Marisa our main doctor she is so good!!!!
My concerns for my children were constantly dismissed. For an entire year straight I was begging them to treat my daughter’s Condition . They lied to me and said there was no treatment And that I would just have to wait it out. I came to them multiple times seeking help For my daughter. This Virus has now spread through our entire household Including my three month old daughter now has it. Very nice customer service
Answer your phones instead of using AI assist More specifically I had to call on 3 separate occasions back to back for 3 days to get my daughter's prescription for her nebulizer and each time was unable to get through to an actual person. AI assist cannot help me as each time I would finally hear back from a human "ooops they just forgot to send the prescription" for 3 days.... in a row....
