Good for routine appointments, however, there is no actual MD on site. Your child will be seen by a NP so just something to be comfortable with before taking this office into consideration from my experience. Also, they do have a strict no call no show policy even if you call same time last notice. Understandable to me. They will kick you out of their office by the 3rd time. This is ok considering there is no MD on site or at least my child has never been seen by a licensed MD at this location. Typically a NP.
Good for routine appointments, but we did not have a good experience when my daughter had a rash. I felt like I was not listened to at all and my concerns were discarded. Got a second and third opinion and they were shocked at the treatment plan they had us on. We have since sought care elsewhere.
Horrible organization, they don’t call with results, sent prescriptions to the wrong pharmacy (if they even send them), they tell you one thing then gaslight you. They blame imaging, the pharmacy and anyone else they can. And they never keep scheduled appointments.
I do not recommend this place anymore I use to love this place my kids loved the doctors and everything they don't seem to care about family emergency when you tell them what's going on when u try to call them cuz you can't get into a video chat with a doctor they don't answer half the time after missed 1 appointment for both my kids they discharge them from there and was not nice about it at all they were rude about telling me to find a new doctor
