We have been going to Mt. Spokane for almost two years now and absolutely love it. Dr. Kristina is absolutely phenomenal. She is so genuine and caring. She respects and listens to my opinions and concerns. I trust her so much and appreciate her kindness and professionalism. Everyone at the front desk is also so kind and helpful. There’s no other place I’ll take my girls. Hands down best pediatrician in Spokane.
Most of the office girls are very nice and very helpful. Had an incident while checking in the girl asked for the last 4 digits of mom’s number. Considering the fact my wife wasn’t there and I do the appointments. I asked, wouldn’t it be more appropriate to contact me about the appointments. The office lady disagreed with me and said it’s routine to call mom about all appointments.
If you are a military family using TriCare, DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. This company continued to bill our family for a routine annual exam for our son that as a military family, our insurance company should cover. I have never had a company bill me directly for routine annual physical exams during the 21 years of military service so this shocked us. *Special needs parents beware* My son was a patient at this office for many years, and while there were always frequent provider changes that concerned me, we continued his care here. Two years ago, he was referred for a full evaluation, received a diagnosis from a licensed psychologist, and has been treated at this office for that diagnosis ever since.
