Horrible organization, they don’t call with results, sent prescriptions to the wrong pharmacy (if they even send them), they tell you one thing then gaslight you. They blame imaging, the pharmacy and anyone else they can. And they never keep scheduled appointments.
I do not recommend this place anymore I use to love this place my kids loved the doctors and everything they don't seem to care about family emergency when you tell them what's going on when u try to call them cuz you can't get into a video chat with a doctor they don't answer half the time after missed 1 appointment for both my kids they discharge them from there and was not nice about it at all they were rude about telling me to find a new doctor
Made an appointment yesterday for my son. Whoever answered said they didn’t have anything for that day but could get me in tomorrow at 8. We show up the next day at 8. They don’t have our appointment. I have to take time out of my work day to do this and I get to work late for nothing now. This isn’t the first time this has happened either. Time to find a new ped.
I really would have liked to give a better rating as I had done so much research for a good pediatric office in the area and had good experiences up until now, however my last interaction left me feeling the need to write this. I understand it is not the front office who generally makes the policies. Whoever made the policy that if you call after 4 hours notice (even by 15 minutes) to cancel (even due to unexpected sickness) then it is marked as a no call no show.
