They are always closed but always listed as open. They suck. If you need help go elsewhere
They don’t answer their phones instead having all calls forwarded to a central line where the personnel have no information about their clinic. This is during their business hours. When you go in person the urgent clinic will not be open. You have no way of knowing if this might be the case, you just have to show up and hope. Mt. Sinai, you may want to reconsider licensing you name out to this clinic.
Google hours says they close at 4:45pm on Saturday but they won’t see anyone after 4pm. Hours posted on their doors say 5pm is the closing time on Saturdays. It’s crazy that you can’t be seen at an urgent care an hour before closing. And then all the mount sinai urgent cares close at the same time.
