Our son has been going to Dr. Grossman for 2 years now. While the office seems to always be very busy, she and all the other doctors and nurses have always made sure to take their time with us.
Very disappointing culture. We were late 19’ and waited another 20’ to send us home. We were late coz another Mt Sinai doctor who I had an appointment with took me in 40’ late ... so Mt Sinai can be late but you can’t.... and at the end they told me to reschedule as if I owe anything to Mt Sinai to waste my time play by their rules with zero compassion.
