FOR MT SINAI WEST Filthy rooms, apathetic dis-compassionate staff who will ignore your loved ones basic needs (including feeding) to instead socialize, talk on cell phones and watch sports while on duty with zero conscience. The doctors could care less about dementia patient care; will pop their head in for literally a moment to listen to chest and then spout generalities about Alzheimers that don't even apply to your specific loved one.
