We keep getting told water will be delivered but they don't when we call there's an excuse of some kind and we are still without water
When Primo Water bought if from Mt. Shasta water company, the taste changed. It's no longer pure Mt. Shasta raw mountain spring water. It tastes like they cut it and boil it or something. They still charge the same price for inferior water. I REALLY wish Mt. Shasta Water company didn't sell to a questionable corporate water company.
Mt Shasta delivers my water to my residence & place of business what an amazing company. Their water is out of this world - tastes amazing and know personally of it's pure resource. In addition to that Dominick their employee that delivers my water is personable, always checks in to make sure all is well, if I have any concerns each and every month. Thank-you Bernay

The water is very good and has excellent flavor. Whoever wants to hire this company just be ready to remind them to bring you your water because they always forget and when you talk to customer service they never give you a correct answer and only excuses that the driver is new.
