They went above and beyond to locate the intended recipients. And they delivered it at the exact time they said they would. And they were lovely to chat with, too.
Not sure why the florist chose to be so rude, but I simply asked for a flower arrangement for my daughter in law, but the woman refused to show me any flowers and must have took offense to me not wanting her pre arrangement that was not appropriate for a 25-year-old female. She said the back was "too messy" for me to see the flowers they had. Who does that? Needless to say, this disabled vet took her business to PETALS where I was greeted with a smile and shown ALL the flowers. Thumbs way down.
